• Clinton County Junior Fair Board Application - First Year Applicants and Returning Applicants 

Applicants must be 14 years old as of January 1, 2026.  Applications must be typed and returned to Tracie Montague by November 1, 2025.  Applications can be mailed, dropped off at the Extension Office or emailed to: montague.18@osu.edu

• Clinton County Junior Poultry Committee Application

Applicants must be 14 years old as of January 1, 2026.  Applications must be typed and returned to Tracie Montague by December 1, 2025.  Applications can be mailed, dropped off at the Extension Office or emailed to: montague.18@osu.edu

• Clinton County 4-H Camp Counselor Application

Applicants must be 14 years old, an active 4-H member, and a freshman as of January 1, 2026.  Applications must be typed and returned to Tracie Montague by November 1, 2025 by 4:30p.m.  Applications can be mailed, dropped off at the Extension Office or emailed to: montague.18@osu.edu
