Animal Education Committee is open to all  4-H/FFA youth, advisors, parents and other interested individuals with interest in animal education.

 

 

Quality Assurance Instructors must be certified with training from an approved Ohio Department of Agriculture/OSU Extension resource/event.

Canning and Freezing Classes and Pressure Canner Testing
Prepare for the summer canning and freezing season by attending classes with OSU Extension field specialist, Linnette Goard, on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at the Richland County Longview Center. Classes at 2:00 and 6:00 p.m. Fee is $6 per participant. Pressure canners can be tested that same day for $5. Registration information is forthcoming.
