Older Youth Opportunities
Submit Your Older Youth Response Form Online Here!! (Response Forms are due December 1, 2011! If you have questions or need assistance, let Hannah know!) Or you can print out the response form & mail it in by using the Printer-Friendly Response Form.
Forms and Applications are due each year in January. If you have questions or need assistance, feel free to set up an appointment with Hannah, by emailing her or calling 740-653-5419 x19. Miscellaneous Forms for Opportunities
Ohio Teen Conference (March 10, 2012) registration is due February 3, 2012, along with a payment of $35 ($45 if the payment is late!) View the registration form and registration session booklet. Youth 13 & older are invited to attend! (Note:It is the same day as the Ohio Volunteer Conference!) Youth who attend are also invited to attend the (optional) Overnighter March 9th!
2012 Fairfield County Beef Queen Application Girls must be at least 16 years old by January 1, 2012 and have her drivers license. Applications are due February 1, 2012.
2012 Fashion & Nutrition Board word | pdf (Due January 13, 2012) For youth 13+ with at least 3 years of experience in clothing and/or food & nutrition related projects.
2012 Junior Fair Board Application word | pdf (Due January 13, 2012) For youth interested in serving on the Junior Fair Board (County Fairs 2012 & 2013). Freshman & Sophomores in High School preferred.
2012 4-H Camp Counselor and Counselor In Training (CIT) Application word | pdf (Due January 13, 2012) For youth interested in serving as a Camp Counselor. New & Returning Counselors must complete it--youth must be 14 & older to be a counselor and 13 to be a CIT. BEING CIT IS A NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR 13 YEAR OLDS IN 2012!!!

Achievement Form Information
2012 Ohio Achievement Form word | pdf (Due January 13, 2012) For youth 14-18 as of January 1st interested in applying for state & county achievement/merit awards (Beef, Clothing, Leadership, etc.), county trips (Sea Camp, Leadership Camp, etc.), State Junior Fair Board, Ohio Dairy Goat Conference, National Dairy Goat Conference, Ohio Township Award, etc.
Scholarship Opportunities
2012 Dorrin & Ruth Ross Scholarship Application (Print out and hand write) (Due March 15, 2012) For ANY youth who will be attending post secondary education beginning Fall 2011. (Seniors, & College Students)
2012 Ohio 4-H Scholarship word | pdf (NOTE: If you are applying for County Scholarships, you must complete this form IN ADDITION TO the Ohio Achievement Form! County Scholarships are for youth attending any post-secondary institution) (Due January 13, 2012). Seniors preferred.
2012 Wasserstron Scholarship Application (College Students who have exhibited beef projects) Due February 1, 2012.
