The list below is meant to be utilized as a resource or consideration for 4-H enrollment. If you are interested in joining 4-H, contact one of the clubs below, fill out a Traditional Club Enrollment Brochure, Cloverbud Enrollment Brochure or contact Sue (suttles.1@osu.edu) with the child's name, address, and phone number!

Keep an eye for awareness teams to visit the schools around the county in January-February! Clubs begin organizing in March/April. A-C Extreme 4-Hers-All projects are offered.  Meetings are held in Amanda on Sunday evenings. Club participates in fun activities like canoing, fundraisers, and service projects throughout the year. All The King's Horses-This is a horse club, and members are encourage to explore still (summer) projects, as well.  Meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the Thornville/Rushville area beginning with a Meet & Greet in March.  Hands-on workshops and trail rides are also scheduled regularly.  Some horses are available for lease.  Contact Jeff Whitehouse-740-536-9176 or rondawhitehouse@msn.com.  "In riding a horse, we borrow freedom"~Helen Thompson.

Amanda Work & Win-Livestock & Misc. projects carried.  Members must take at least one market animal before taking other misc. projects.  Meetings are held on Sundays and Thursdays in members homes in the Amanda area. Baltimore Blue Ribbons-Projects offered include small animals and miscellaneous.  Meetings are held in the Baltimore area on Sunday's at 6:30 p.m. Contact Julia Groves-740-862-0246 or jmmiller74@hotmail.com.  Accepting new members!

Bits-N-Bridles-The club has mostly horse projects, but is willing to advise/assist with any project a member would like to do.  Meetings are held in the Lithopolis area the first Saturday of the month.  Contact Michelle Hampton-614-920-0760, innisfreefarm@hotmail.com.  Accepting new members!

Blazin' Buckeyes-Large animal projects are preferred, but the club is willing to take anyone interested in 4-H.  Meetings are held in the Sugar Grove vicinity on Sunday evenings.  Contact Kristi Miller-740-746-8509 or Heather Miller hmiller_20@yahoo.com

Blazing Saddles-Horse projects offered.  Siblings without horse projects may also join.  Meetings are held in the Canal Winchester area the 1st Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m.  Contact the Extension Office.  Not currently accepting members.

Blue Ribbon Buds-Miscellaneous projects (photography, baking, sewing, archery, small animals) are offered.  Meetings are held in the Carroll vicinity on Monday evenings at 6:00 p.m.  The club has connections with the military & has been trying to help youth that have family members deployed.  Contact Lisa Tope-614-639-4042 or LTOPE67@gmail.com.

Bremen Best Friends-Projects offered are goats, rabbits, chickens, sewing, cooking, scrapbooking, and welding.  Meetings are held in the Bremen area on Sundays at 4:00 or 6:00 p.m.  Contact Lori Collins-740-536-7565, lori.collins@stateelectric.com. Accepting new members! 

Bremen Proud Showmen-All projects offered except clothing.  Meetings are held in the Bremen area on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.  Contact Phil Miller-(h)740-569-7108 or (c)740-215-9549. 

Carroll Country 4-Hers-Projects offered include all home ec, small & large animals (lots of rabbits!).  Members should attend meetings and participate!  Meetings are held in Carroll at Shalom United Methodist Church on Mondays/Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.  Contact Linda Landis-740-687-1939 or Barb Salyers-740-756-7258. .

Champions-Projects offered include livestock and misc. projects, no dogs or horses.  Members must take at least one livestock project, and then they may take other projects.  Meetings are held in the Lancaster/Amanda area-Hocking Twp. Cloverleaf Livestock- All projects except horses offered.  Meetings are held in the Baltmore area in member's homes Monday's at 8:00 p.m.  Contact Walter Bader-740-862-4659, Steve Bader-740-756-9133, or Jeff Bader-740-407-4997. Accepting new members!

Dynamic Dogs-Dog projects are offered, and other projects are supported (members must take a dog project).  Meetings are held in the Pickerington vicinity Monday evenings at 6:00 p.m.  Contact Debbie Billingham-614-286-0180 or debbiebillingham56@gmail.com. Accepting members!

Elite Riders & Co-All projects are offered, but the focus is typically on horse projects.  Meetings are held in the Lancaster vicinity the 2nd Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m.  Contact Lisa Wemer-740-974-7978, Kristen Carpenter-740-304-2164, Sarah Picklesimer-740-974-9453. Accepting new members!

Fairfield County Champs-Projects offered are mainly llamas and meat goats, but any project may be taken.  Meetings are held in the Rushvillle area on Sundays at 4:00 p.m.  Contact Marty Hartman, 740-536-7327, 740-215-2696, or marty.hartman@crowncork.com.  Accepting new members!

Fairfield Dairy Pros-Members must take a dairy cattle project to be in the club.  They may take a goat or swine, if taking a cow, steer, or heifer.  Meetings are held at local farms & dairys in Baltimore, Lancaster, and Pleasantville on Sunday afternoons.  Contact Melissa Michael-740-756-9312, dairypros@aol.com. Fairfield Fowl Friends-All projects are offered, along with being on the Poultry Judging team.  Meetings are held in the Canal Winchester area on Sunday at 2:00 p.m.  Contact Jeff or Loretta Sweeney-614-834-1516, lorettasweeney@ameritech.net.  Accepting new members!    

Falcon 4-Hers-All projects offered except horses and dogs.  Meetings are held in West Rushville are on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Missi Troxel-740-569-7125,  missit@wildblue.net

Fancy Feathers-Projects offered include fancy, breeding, & market poultry.  (Members must take a fancy poultry project!) Fearless Riders-Horse and dog projects are offered (members must take one of these).  Meetings are held in the Canal Winchester area every other Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.  Contact Denise Upperman-614-556-1264.  Accepting members!

Golden Spurs-The club is primarily a horse club, but if a member wants to take an additional project, they try to help them with it.  Meetings are held in the Bremen area on various days of the week.  Contact Billie Schmitz-740-569-7118 or beckyshonebarger@hotmail.com. Accepting new members!

Happy Goat Lucky-Projects offered include goats, hogs, beef, rabbits, chickens, and dairy cattle.  Meetings are held at the Advisors' home in the Rushville area on Sunday at 4 or 6 p.m. Contact Cathy Lones-740-536-7604, clones@jjllc.net.  Not currently accepting members.

Happy Homemakers-Projects offered include goats, chickens, ducks, cake decorating, cooking, sewing, photography, creative writing, fishing, archery, small animals, dog obedience, and other misc. projects.  Meetings are held in the Lancaster/Amanda vicinity on Friday's at 4:15 until school is out, then the time changes.  The club encourages all to come and enjoy the 4-H experience!  Contact Wanda Stover-740-969-2483 or Beth Hicks-740-687-1823, fishracer@att.net.  Accepting new members! 

Horses Unlimited-Horse, market hog, and horseless horse projects are offered (horse projects is main knowledge area, the others may be taken).  Meetings are held in the Lancaster area.  Contact Jennifer Bennett at 740-808-1332, jennbenn91@yahoo.com.    

Just Kiddin'-All projects offered, but members MUST take a small animal.  The club specializes in goats, poultry, rabbits, dogs, pocket pets, and still projects.  Meetings are held in Sugar Grove Saturday mornings from 10-11:30.   Contact Kathy Slykerman-740-681-9255, sixslicks@hughesnet.com.  Not currently accepting members.

KKEZ-All projects are offered, except dogs and horses.  Rabbits are preferred.  Meetings are held around Fairfield County on Sundays at 4:00.  Contact Greg Coulter-740-862-8395 or gcoulter@laca.org.  

Liberty Leaders-All projects are offered except pocket pets and dogs.  Meetings are held in the Blatimore area Sunday evenings.  Contact Jacquie Keller-740-862-8069, jacquie_keller@yahoo.com. Accepting new members!

L.U. Paws Up-Club offers dog projects.  Meetings are held once a week at the Fairgrounds in Lancaster on Wednesday or Thursdays at 6:30 p.m.  Contact Karessa Sheets-740-438-9405, k_sheets05@yahoo.com.  Accepting new members!

Pleasantville Ag-All projects offered exept horses and dogs.  Meetings are held in the Lancaster area Sundays at 2:00p.m. The club will help all children who need it and will help find a project.  Contact Mona Yerian-740-277-6314 or yerianmona@yahoo.com.  Accepting new members!

Pride Riders-Projects offered are horses and goats.  Meetings are held in the Lancaster/Bremen vicinity on Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. Contact Helen Moore-740-438-0530, kidsashleyabby@yahoo.com or Teena Marvi-740-438-8348. Accepting new members!

Rough Riders-Horse projects are required, but any additional projects may be taken along with it.  Meetings are held in Baltimore on Sundays at 5 p.m.  Not currently taking members.  Contact the Extension Office.  

Scissors and Spice-Primarily offers Family & Consumer Science, clothing, nutrition, etc. as well as miscellaneous 4-H projects (no livestock).  Meetings are held in the Pleasantville area on Sunday afternoons.  Not currently taking new members.  Contact Diane Sommers-740-468-7404 or sommers.14@osu.edu.

Sherman 4-H Club-Club offers miscellaneous projects and meets in the Lancaster area. Contact the Extension Office.

Cloverbud Groups A-Z
