Questions about food safety?  Speak with food safety experts at Ohio State University's Food Industries Center.  Call 1-800-752-2752 between 9 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday, or leave a message at other times (24 hour voice mail).  Thanks to support from Kroger, the hotline is staffed and ready to answer your calls.
