OSU Extension, Clinton County is made up of several different program focus areas, including Family and Consumer Sciences, 4-H Youth Development, Agriculture and Natural Resources and Community Development.

This three day class is designed for novice and advanced cheese makers. The presenter will teach participants about milk quality, ingredients used in cheese making, techniques and requirements for aging cheese, and how to establish a business as a farmstead or artisan cheese maker.
