Friend of 4-H

A great deal of time, consideration, thought, and discussion goes into adding a new individual to the list of outstanding members of the community. The individuals who have received this award have served and contributed to the 4-H program in many different ways. This is the highest honor bestowed on a county 4-H volunteer or supporter.
